The Goal

The goal was to design a modern, subscription-based app that makes listening to the Bible easy and engaging in everyday life — what started as a product for the Polish market quickly grew into a multi-language platform.

Conversion

Transitioning the product to a SaaS model required a highly flexible approach to paywalls and onboarding. Through workshops with stakeholders, we designed multiple flows to test conversion strategies.

Freemium & Strategic Gating

Designed an experience that allowed free exploration of the app while strategically gating premium tracks using subtle visual cues like padlocks — to naturally drive subscription interest without feeling aggressive.

Flexible Paywalls

Created modular onboarding screens and paywalls to enable the business to A/B test different trial lengths and pricing incentives.

Streamlined Checkout

Optimized the purchase flow to handle diverse promotional mechanics, integrating seamless input fields for discount codes and gift vouchers to reduce friction at the critical conversion point.
