Over a 6-year collaboration, I led the product's evolution from a manual database search tool into a multi-platform ecosystem that guides users from prospecting to closing deals.

Developing a product over six years is a journey of continuous adaptation. As the product grew, the design strategy evolved to solve emerging business problems, consistently shifting user behavior toward a more effortless, automated workflow. Here is how the product transformed:

Phase 01 · Foundation

Search Builder & actionable insights

The initial goal was to empower users to find the perfect sales opportunity.

A subscription-based logic where users save their search criteria and have highly relevant leads pushed directly to their inbox or dashboard - eliminating repetitive daily searches and turning "searching" into "being notified".

Expand the product from a static data provider into a full-funnel workflow platform.

A Kanban-style module to organise leads into outreach campaigns and track progress from first touch to booked meeting.

Sales Booster app

Simplifying user intent

Modernise the platform and drastically reduce the time to value.

Intent-based master search

Replaced fragmented search bars with a single, natural-language query - "What are you looking for today?". The system intelligently routes the user to the right Search Builder tab, keyword results, or the AI Chat.

AI assistance & email writer

Conversational data querying plus an AI Email Writer that automatically drafts personalised outreach based on the prospect's specific business insights - dramatically speeding up the sales workflow.

A B2B tool is only as good as its data. I designed custom internal interfaces for the IRD research team to input insights, manage user accounts and clean data with high efficiency.

The platform remains a living product, continuously refined and scaled to meet the ongoing demands of modern sales workflows.
